She is the Founder and Managing Director of MEER SIR ACADEMY, an educational coaching institute dedicated to guiding students in their academic and competitive journeys.

Academic Journey
Isha Zehra Meer completed her 10th and 12th examinations from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh. She subsequently pursued D.El.Ed. from the Department of Teacher Training & Non-Formal Education (IASE), Jamia Millia Islamia, strengthening her foundation in elementary education and teacher preparation.
She is currently pursuing a B.Sc. from Jamia Millia Islamia, combining her interest in science with her professional engagement in education.
Teaching & Professional Experience
Her association with MEER SIR ACADEMY dates back to 2019, where she has been involved in teaching, mentoring, academic guidance, and student support. Over the years, her work has contributed to the academy’s educational environment and its efforts to guide students preparing for various entrance and competitive examinations.
She also completed a Teaching Internship at MCD Primary School Hindi (Girls), Zakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi, gaining practical experience in classroom teaching and understanding the learning needs of school students.
